We did our research and had 7 different estimates for a total bathroom gut.  We liked F&I the best and we are so happy we chose them.  They were professional, helpful, honest, and did excellent work.  I can’t say enough good things about this family company! Wow!! I love my kitchen! Jose and Delia and their team are amazing they listened to everything we wanted in our dream kitchen and truly delivered. Delia and I worked wonderfully together and we quickly became great friends, and worked together daily to create this Wonder Rustic Kitchen. Jose work is the best I have ever seen so meticulous and perfect, and love it all!! If you want a dream kitchen definitely hire them!!! I could not be happier with our choice to have F&I (Jose) complete our bathroom remodel. Jose helped us make good decisions in the planning, and completed all phases of the work professionally, on time, and with the highest quality results. Jose’s craftsmanship is above and beyond!  We are doing a huge basement remodel and every piece of tile was laid out perfectly.  A very challenging job that involved major leveling of a slab cement floor.  Every sub that has come after Jose has remarked over and over what a fabulous job he.  Even the cabinet installers couldn’t believe how level everything was - “first job we’ve done where we didn’t have to use shims to level the cabinets. Our house is old - almost as old as I am. There has been some work done over the years, but the kitchen was, bluntly, hideous (think fake maple wood formica) and poorly laid out. Maybe it made sense back then, but it sure didn't make sense now. So, we engaged F&I to do a remodel of our kitchen and dining areas to make a new unified space for making and enjoying food.

The process of getting set up was substantially easier than I had expected. Delia has great taste, and was able to help us take the concepts we had and turn them into a design that we could understand. She patiently iterated with us to make sure we were getting the space that we wanted.

Demo and construction were an experience that I was definitely nervous about. I've never had work done like this before, and there are so many horror stories out there. What Jose and Delia and their teams were able to accomplish was simply astounding. Jose is a meticulous craftsman, and everyone who came in to do work treated our home with respect and us with kindness. There was essentially no mess, and they made sure that, despite being down to the drywall, we had a functioning sink and that we were able to plug in our stove and refrigerator. Being able to still cook at home made a huge difference.

Now? Our kitchen looks amazing. The cabinets are gorgeous. The countertop is beautiful. The layout is better than what I had pictured. My wife and I can cook together without running over each other. I am so grateful to F&I for giving us the space that we wished for, and for the care that they took in doing so.
